Home Sweet Rolling Home

Today, I really feel like a Full-Timer.

Camp is set up and I had the wonderful opportunity to do just what I wanted....
and it wasn’t much.

The view from the back porch.

Views from my private fenced site.

I walked around the loop of camps which didn’t take long since there are only 11 sites.  I drove down to the beach area and watched people fishing.
Now that is exciting!

I rode my new folding bike which, since my hip is still bothering me, is easier that walking.  So necessary trips to the restroom are made on the bike.

I ate and washed dishes.  The solar is charging nicely.  I played on the computer with what fleeting internet was available and booked this site until next Monday.  Since it is the holiday I don’t want to be looking for a spot nor do I want to end up at a resort campground.

I took out my hammock and took a little nap.  Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Kitties are happy,

 I am happy.

Pure Bliss!

  2. I got it online from my dear friend Amazon. It is made by Guide Gear and was about $39.00. It is very easy to set up but since I hurt my back a couple of years ago I have difficulty in some positions..... This is OK for me but I'm trying to make it better. I'm not sure if it will make the final cut tho, due to it's weight. Weight and size are premiem in a small trailer.

  5. You are on your way. Looks like a nice campsite.

Do you only have two kitties? I see three carriers.

Enjoy the fresh air and scenery from your new, take it with you everywhere, backyard.

  6. I have a very similar type of folding bike and just love it. Easy to store, good to get around to "nearby" things and useful to "walk" the dog if I feel too lazy to walk. The only thing I would like to change: the size of the tires. In sandy areas they are too narrow and tend to sink in.
Nice for the kitties to have a secure place while being outside!

  7. Thrilled to see your camp set up! Comfy! I've looked at those bikes and wondered about riding one. We have hybrids and would like to find something for Mr. J and I to ride when we travel. I like the folding storage feature yours has.
Have you traveled with the kitties before? How are they doing with the changes? Keep on finding your bliss!
